May 20, 2006.
Renaissance to Rococo Exhibit. Santa Barbara Museum of Art.

Come join us for an afternoon seminar and social event on May 20th from 1:00 to 5:00 at the Santa Barbara Museum of Art where we explore the power of creative expression for personal and professional development. We will begin with a tour of the renown Renaissance to Rococo Exhibit from the Wadsworth Atheneum with a scholarly overview from a docent on the most amazing collection of paintings, portraits, still lifes, and landscapes from one of the oldest museums in America, predating the Museum of Modern Art in New York, and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. After a short break, we will continue with a keynote speech and museum walk of the permanent collection with Artist Representative, Creative Consultant, Motivational Speaker, Educator, and Personal and Organizational Coach in Creative Expression, President of Vicki Prentice Associates Inc. in New York City. We will explore the symbolism, psychology, communication, and concepts of creativity to expand our awareness and understanding of ourselves and others. This is an afternoon of inspiration and motivation to create positive change in our lives and meet other unique individuals and professionals at the tea/coffee and reception following the event at the Museum Cafe.
